Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising Standards: Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and guidelines, including policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols.
  • Planogram Implementation: Implement planograms to maintain consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Product Display: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional Displays: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Colleague Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Feedback Provision: Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via our feedback application.

This role involves setting up fixtures, arranging and organizing products, and maintaining well-stocked shelves. You will work across various categories, including Books, Gift Cards, and other product areas.
