Job Overview

We are a fintech company established in 2014, with our headquarters based in Sydney. Currently in a phase of rapid expansion, we have branch offices in Japan and the United Kingdom. Our mission is to provide convenient, secure, and cost-effective payment solutions to both individual and corporate clients worldwide.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition process.
  • Provide prompt support to clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve products and services.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in our trading system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client feedback with company goals.

Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline or a related field such as finance or economics.
  • Previous experience in customer success or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language will be highly regarded.
