Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commercial debt recovery process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage collections activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance and reduce delinquency rates.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the collections process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior collections staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a collections role, with a focus on commercial debt recovery.
- Proven expertise in using Salesforce for collections management and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex client interactions professionally.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the fin-tech industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
