We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Ballina team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide professional and personalized service to customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
- Sales Performance
- Achieve set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Product Knowledge
- Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
- Operational Tasks
- Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
