Prouds Jewellers is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team in Ballina. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to grow your long-term retail career and become a part of our 120+ year legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills and outstanding customer service experiences
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
  • Complete in-house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
