As a Mortgage Broker at Loan Market Elevate, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with tailored mortgage solutions.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Educate clients about the nuances of various mortgage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely and relevant information.
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals from our affiliated building companies.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners.

Requirements



  • Proven finance experience with a successful track record in a lending or sales role.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Cert IV Finance and Mortgage Broking at a minimum and requirement to obtain Diploma qualifications.
