South Australia Property Acquisition Lead

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to drive growth and make a significant impact in the retail leasing landscape in South Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to be the primary representative for our brand, negotiating leases, and strategically identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand our presence and brand recognition in South Australia's property landscape.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated lease negotiation experience and a deep understanding of South Australian catchments and site selection criteria.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and securing new and replacement stores.
- Developing property strategies for the existing network.
- Helping deliver new stores, acquisitions, lease renewals, and store extensions.
- Liaising and negotiating with landlords to secure favourable outcomes associated with landlord works and complex tenure arrangements.
- Preparing board reports for approval, presentations, and meeting materials.
About you and your skills:
As a seasoned Property Manager or Lease Negotiator, you have a proven track record of developing relationships with major landowners/developers and possess strong attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a well-established network to leverage, while establishing new connections and working closely with various stakeholders.
