As a Rail Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing bespoke rail safety standards for Sydney Metro's expanding network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert technical advice on rail safety requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of safety management systems.
  • Lead a proactive safety culture that prioritises workforce and community wellbeing.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to proactively manage and mitigate rail safety risks.

Reporting to the Senior Rail Safety Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders and authorities to achieve strategic objectives. You will drive improvement in safety performance and support project delivery.

This is a fixed-term role requiring attendance at the office. Flexible work arrangements may be available following agreement with the Director Health and Safety Technical.
