About The Urban Alchemist

We are a multidisciplinary wellness centre dedicated to providing holistic healthcare services to our community. Our practice has grown to include a range of therapies, including psychology, musculoskeletal treatments, and allied health services.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team on a part-time or sub-contracting basis. As a Psychologist at The Urban Alchemist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychological services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the practice
Selection Criteria
  • Deep personal self-awareness and a strong sense of empathy
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including the LGBTQIA community
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A compassionate and warm disposition, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to the growth and development of the practice
