About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Track/Civil Project Manager to join our Rail Operations team at Laing O'Rourke.

Rail Operations is a business unit within Laing O'Rourke, specializing in the self-delivery of all aspects of rail construction, working with a highly experienced team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage costs and oversee subcontractors.
  • Deliver major infrastructure projects from pre-delivery to completion.
  • Provide leadership and direction to direct reports, as well as interface with design management and construction delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety are upheld and promoted.

About You (Required Experience)

  • Australian experience delivering large-scale rail and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, coupled with stakeholder management.
