Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking experienced people managers who can lead teams to investigate complex incidents and prioritize competing demands.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising and developing team members through mentoring, identification of knowledge gaps and training. They will set team priorities and lead investigation operations by guiding incident response actions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of cyber security incident response investigations, concepts of incident response and industry frameworks and standards, and compliance frameworks and knowledge management.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver outcomes by marshalling professional expertise. You will also contribute to strategic organisational objectives and embody the DFIR team values of diversity, making a difference, curiosity, teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
