Job Overview

We collect milk from local farmers and transform it into a range of dairy products.

You will play a critical role in managing production systems, ensuring cost efficiency, and fostering continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on management with a focus on coaching and leading your team to achieve exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage labour and material costs to ensure alignment with budgets and address variances effectively
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly SAP variances, reporting outcomes to Finance and Production teams
  • Participate in IWS and CI initiatives, facilitating problem-solving sessions and driving operational excellence
  • Optimize stock rotation and reduce waste risks through FIFO processes
  • Mitigate material availability risks by collaborating with Planning and Procurement
  • Manage team performance, including recruitment, coaching, and adherence to HR policies
  • Ensure food safety, quality standards, and health and safety protocols

About You

  • Proficiency in SAP or KRONOS for variance reporting, requisitioning, and production planning
  • Leadership abilities, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team
  • Operational expertise, experience in managing production systems in a food manufacturing environment
