Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage all safety and wellbeing initiatives across our locations
  • Lead technical and subject matter expertise component of the team, ensuring systems, processes, data and documentation are fit for purpose and meet internal and external requirements
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and industry best practice
  • Develop and execute safety, health and wellbeing training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture
  • Manage crisis situations - conduct investigations on all incidents and accidents, developing recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Rlevant qualifications in Health and Safety and experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality, FMCG or retail is highly desirable
  • Strong technical safety, health and wellbeing skills and experience including systems, reporting, risk & project management
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
