About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Team Member to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our Customer Fulfilment Centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer orders to ensure timely departure of home delivery trucks
  • Physically prepare and load orders onto trucks for delivery to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 18kgs repetitively throughout the duration of the shift
