Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Day Crew Member to join our team. As a Day Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare food to order, including cooking, assembling, and packaging meals.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
  • Adaptability
    • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as the business evolves.

Requirements

  • Availability
    • Availability to work primarily weekday shifts between 6am and 4pm.
  • Skills and Experience
    • No prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as hospitality or retail, is highly regarded.
  • Personal Qualities
    • A 'can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
