Project Coordinator Role Overview

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional projects that support divisional goals and stimulate innovation.

This position requires working from multiple locations with a focus on supporting initiatives aligned with Toyota's Hydrogen Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-functional projects to achieve strategic objectives and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate engagement across teams to advance initiatives
  • Deliver insightful project updates to leadership
  • Support supplier assessments to ensure top-tier service delivery at the right cost
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • Willingness to be involved in various projects to support new initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a passion for making a positive impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
