The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with psychosocial disability to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthening clients' ability to coordinate and implement supports in their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) individualised funding packages
  • Supporting engagement with mainstream, formal, and informal services
  • Developing capacity and resilience in clients' networks

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Cert IV in a community services-related discipline (ideally a completed degree or Diploma)
  • Experience in a human services environment, particularly experience in understanding service delivery and how it can best deliver for clients with persistent and complex mental health issues
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a high-demand work environment and to exercise judgment and initiative
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
