Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the PV team, organizing and implementing the Affiliate PV System, and communicating safety practices to team members. You'll also be responsible for monitoring key safety performance indicators and participating in promoting safety policies and initiatives. To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Life Science, and at least 3 years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure adherence to established local and Viatris Global processes and guidelines
* Lead and coordinate the PV team members in the country
* Organize, implement, and maintain the Affiliate PV System
* Communicate and endorse safety practices
* Monitor key safety performance indicators
* Participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Life Science
* 3 years experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry
* A minimum of 2 years Pharmacovigilance experience
* Strong communicator with excellent project management skills
* Team working skills, organizational skills, and capable of working efficiently in the local team as well as in other cross-functional teams
