About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe use of our products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local operating company, regional, and global affiliates to ensure regulatory compliance and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop local Risk Management Plans and track the implementation of additional risk minimisation activities.
  • Assess the pharmacovigilance impact of company-sponsored Related Research Activities and conduct training on PV requirements.
  • Review and implement pharmacovigilance agreements and contracts with external vendors.
  • Monitor and review pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in pharmacy, life science, or pharmaceutical degree.
  • Pharmacovigilance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to achieve business deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand pharmacovigilance requirements and global aspects of drug safety.
  • Experience in case management and PSP vendor PV compliance oversight is preferred.
