Job Title: Planning Business Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Business Support Officer to join our Planning and Environmental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the effective delivery of planning and health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide department-wide administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of planning and health services.
  • Maintain an effective and successful planning approvals and health service by delivering efficient, customer-focused service and high-quality administrative support.
  • Enhance the department's operational efficiency by providing strong internal communication, excellent customer service, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Certificate in office administration or similar, and/or previous experience in office administration and customer service.
  • Highly developed time and organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to work independently, with initiative and effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, written, spelling and grammar.
