About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Integrity Officer to join our Information Management Team at Banyule City Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the accuracy of customer name and address data within our systems, ensuring a unified approach to customer data management that fosters a holistic understanding of customer interactions.

This is a permanent full-time position with a monthly rostered day off, offering a friendly and supportive team environment, learning and individual development opportunities, and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and standardised formats to ensure data consistency and coherence.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a unified approach to customer data management.
  • Oversee the accuracy of customer name and address data within our systems.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in administration or relevant field, or lesser formal qualifications and several years of subsequent relevant experience.
  • Experience working with customer databases, including Authority/Altitude NAR and/or Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform.
  • Ability to develop data standards and validation processes, guides and training material.
  • Effective data entry skills and verbal and written communication skills.
