Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing training and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce debt levels.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a team of customer service representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide training and coaching to team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
