Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our business
- Drive the implementation of major and minor roadmap items, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Oversee regular releases and environment upgrades, minimizing disruption to services
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and professional capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in.NET development
- Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Frontend JavaScript skills, with experience in developing scalable and maintainable front-end applications
- Microsoft Azure experience, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies
