Overview: We are seeking a skilled freelance translator to join our community of linguists and collaborate with global industry leaders. As a freelancer, you will play a vital role in shaping the life sciences industry through your language expertise.
This opportunity offers the chance to work independently, efficiently meeting tight deadlines while utilizing CAT tools and translation management systems. You will apply your knowledge of language nuances and cultural sensitivities to produce accurate translations of life sciences content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate life sciences content from Spanish into English, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
- Work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Collaborate with global industry leaders, delivering high-quality content in target languages and markets
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- At least one year of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents
- A university degree in translation or linguistics, along with at least two years of translation experience, or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience with CAT tools and translation management systems is highly desirable
