Linguist Translator Freelancer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance translator to deliver high-quality content in our target languages and markets.
The ideal candidate will have native fluency in Czech and fluency in English, with at least 1 year of experience translating life sciences content, including clinical trial documents. A university degree in translation or linguistics is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applications from translators with no degree who have at least 5 years of translation experience.
- Native fluency in Czech - spoken and written
- Fluency in English - spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience translating life sciences content, including clinical trial documents
- University degree in translation or linguistics (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of translation experience OR no university degree with at least 5 years of translation experience
- Able to work according to tight deadlines and independently
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
Prior experience as a translator is highly desirable, but we are open to considering candidates with other relevant skills and qualifications.
