Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

We are looking for an experienced leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead a team to achieve daily operations goals, and contribute to shaping the success of our venues.

The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience within a similar busy hospitality environment, including a thorough knowledge of food and beverages. They will also have exceptional guest service skills, a proactive attitude, and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team on shift and assist with training, development, and performance management
  • Set daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standards
  • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
  • Assist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targets
  • Ensure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shifts
  • Monitor the quality of food and service to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materials
