Security Operations Manager

Wilson Security Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-profile corporate client in the Adelaide CBD.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Security Officers, including recruitment, inductions, and performance management.
- Implement security directives and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Provide an immediate security response and initiate corrective action in matters of unauthorized access and other offenses.
- Proven experience in a security-aligned business or similar.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to make decisive decisions in high-pressure situations.
- SA Security License.
- Any applicable security qualification will be favorable.
- Current valid Driver's license.
- Current First Aid qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage effectively in varying environments.
- Superior customer service skills and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs.
- Well-presented and lead by example.
