Migration Manager

Position Overview:

The Migration Team Leader will oversee a team of migration agents and processing staff to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of migration agents and the processing team.
  • Ensure high levels of client service and professional integrity while managing demanding workloads and competing priorities.
  • Conduct business development meetings with a consultative approach to complete sales and secure clients.
  • Manage and drive the team to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Complete case management with regular updates to clients.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to monitor progress and seek further information regarding cases.
  • Propose, seek approval, and implement strategies favoring overall company growth.
