Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Specialist to join our team. As a Workday Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to users, addressing system issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.

About the Role:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and technical support for Workday users
  • Monitor system usage, identify irregularities, and promptly resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve complex problems, escalating issues when necessary
  • Lead training sessions to empower users with knowledge and skills to navigate Workday effectively
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and FAQs to ensure excellent user experience

  • Proven expertise in Workday (Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Absence modules)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
