Job Summary

The Workday Process Specialist plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our Workday modules.

This position is responsible for configuring and testing changes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform remains stable and continuously improves.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, condition rules, security groups, time off rules, and org structure.
  • Designing and executing end-to-end testing cycles for Workday changes, including unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Developing reusable test scripts and scenarios to ensure consistency across releases.
  • Participating in roadmap planning to prioritize enhancements that improve scale, accuracy, and usability.

A successful candidate will possess experience with Enterprise SaaS, Workday knowledge, workflow design skills, problem-solving abilities, automation confidence, data fluency, and effective communication skills.
