Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will work closely with private equity funds, navigating the complexities of fund structures, tax strategies, and investment planning.

As a key member of our team, you will apply your advanced technical knowledge to develop customized tax solutions, optimize fund strategies, and ensure long-term financial success for our clients.

  • Tax Advisory Services: Lead tax advisory services for private equity clients, including multi-state filings and specialized tax considerations for funds and investments.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity fund managers, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders, providing consistent value and expertise to ensure client satisfaction and confidence.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior tax staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance on complex tax issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, CPA or JD required at the senior manager level; preferred at the manager level, 5+ years of tax experience, with a focus on private equity funds, preferably within a public accounting firm.

Proven leadership experience with a consistent record of accomplishment, accountability, and history of execution against strategic initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and client-friendly manner.
