About the Role

TasWater is seeking a highly experienced Digital Architecture and Planning Manager to lead the planning and design of our Digital and Technology Strategic Blueprint. As a key member of our Digital and Technology team, you will be responsible for developing architectural standards and processes to manage digital demand effectively across TasWater.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and design of the Digital and Technology Strategic Blueprint, focusing on planning and enterprise architecture.
  • Develop architectural standards and processes to manage digital demand effectively across TasWater.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital solutions with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the governance frameworks for digital technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Senior-level leadership experience in digital transformation and architecture design within complex organisations.
  • Strong technology management skills, particularly in digital architecture, planning and governance.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
