About the Role

This position focuses on guiding and enhancing the learning process, sharing extensive industry experience, and delivering training in an adult learning environment. This is your chance to build the skills, qualifications, and employability of our students and support their career goals.

We are seeking outstanding educators who can inspire and mentor the next generation of Electrical Trades students. To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and hold a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent.
  • Hold a current Electrical Contractors Licence or Electrical Supervisor Certificate issued in NSW.
  • Have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
  • Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training.
  • Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
