Senior Audit Leadership Opportunity

The firm is seeking an accomplished senior audit professional to assume a leadership role, overseeing audit engagements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and strategic services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, providing expert guidance on audit and assurance matters.
  • Audit Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Ensure all audits meet the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop audit professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, contributing to firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional Qualification: CA or CPA, with RCA highly regarded.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in audit and assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a reputable firm.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements across the mid-market sector.
  • Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to lead teams, develop business, and drive operational efficiency.
