Job Title:

Network Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience by educating customers on bus network services, ticketing products, and systems.
  • Address fare evasion and anti-social behaviour on the Translink bus, Southern Moreton Bay Islands ferry, and Mt Gravatt bus networks.

This role plays a critical front-line position for the provision of revenue protection, safety, and security of our customers and drivers.

Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Travel on route services around the Redlands Coast, surrounding suburbs, and into Brisbane city.
  • Enhance passenger and driver security by maintaining a visible presence on board our bus network service and bus stations in our service area.
  • Protect revenue by performing revenue protection and compliance activities.
Requirements:
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-developed communication and written skills.
