- Lead and manage a renal unit with a compassionate and adaptable leadership style.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient assessments and treatments.
- Support, supervise, and provide direction to nursing staff, acting as a go-to expert for patient management.
- Coordinate service delivery and patient flow within the unit and across the hospital as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess current authority to practice as a registered nurse, relevant postgraduate qualifications in management or a relevant specialty, and demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
