Anaesthetic Care Specialist

Join us in a role that requires you to assist the anaesthetist with ongoing care of patients throughout the intraoperative phase.
Key Functions:- Prepare all required equipment ensuring correct functioning for allocated operating lists.
- Maintain and develop clinical skills to manage patient health problems appropriate to competency level.
- Ensure high standard of patient care utilising appropriate resources cost effectively.
- Functions within legal and registration constraints in relation to anaesthetic practice.
- Recognises hazards to patient safety and takes appropriate action.
- Diploma qualification in Anaesthetic Technology or Cert IV Anaesthetic Technology.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Problem solving ability.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate patient care under supervision.
