APAC Labor Employment Lead Counsel

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our International Employment Law team. This role will report to our Director & Associate General Counsel, Head of International Employment Law.

  • Partner with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters.
  • Draft and revise employment-related agreements and policies, including offer letters, severance agreements, confidentiality agreements, employee handbooks, and other employment-related documents applicable to Meta's various global employees.
  • Provide training to offices across APAC regarding Meta policies and other employment/legal matters.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in labor and employment counseling, with in-house experience preferred.
  • Experience with labor and employment law in APAC, including performance management, compliance, and investigation procedures, as well as a willingness to learn employment law in new jurisdictions.
  • Qualified lawyer, ideally in an APAC jurisdiction.
