Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Decision Analytics business, where you will meaningfully contribute to implementing solutions that deliver business benefits for our customers.

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth. You will be responsible for designing solution architecture and integration specifications, developing interfaces and custom modules, and collaborating with project managers to assess and plan project workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Collections business workshops and requirements definition through to approval
  • Facilitate technical workshops and requirements definition through to approval
  • Design of solution architecture and integration specifications following industry standards
  • Development of interfaces and custom modules
  • Assist Project Managers on assessing and planning project workload
  • Accountable for the quality of the project deliverables
  • Assist pre-sales with client-facing technical presentations and workshops
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in running workshops, demonstrations, and customer training
  • 5 years of experience of providing successful solutions to customer problems in the collections industry
  • A teamwork focus, with a flexible, analytical, and logical thinking approach
  • Experienced in building solid long-term relationships with customers
Desirable Technical Knowledge
  • Operating systems: Windows, Linux (RHEL, CentOS) & Virtualisation
  • Database: Oracle and/or SQL server
  • Application Servers: Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, WildFly
  • Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Web Services & Technologies
