Job Description:

As a key member of the audit team, you will support the Senior Audit Manager and Executive Manager in delivering quality audits for the Retail Banking Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Delivering professional and highly valued audit services to the business and Group's Audit & Risk Committees">
  • Providing objective assurance on risk management to key customers (e.g. Group Executives and their leadership teams) to secure the financial wellbeing of the Bank's customers">
  • Identifying issues and commercial insights as part of high-quality audit reports, which improve customers banking experience">
  • Developing and implementing global best technologies (data, analytics and AI) in its assurance delivery, increasing efficiencies">
  • Effectively supporting, supervising and delivering assigned scope areas of the audit from Planning, Fieldwork, Reporting, and through to audit closure including administration of key audit stage-gates in the audit electronic workflow system">

Requirements:

">

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an Internal Audit or Credit Risk Management (Line 1 or Line 2), focusing on Retail Banking. They should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the key inherent risks and the end-to-end control environment associated with Retail Banking services and products.

Internationally recognised risk, audit or relevant professional qualifications are also desirable.
