Senior Integration Specialist

The role involves developing technical expertise to implement, administer, and maintain client's integration needs effectively.

As a Senior Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing integration solutions based on REST/SOAP APIs and event-based integrations between core systems, Salesforce, Technology One, and InfoLease.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Working closely with solution and data architects to design integration solution options that align with integration principles and support strategic objectives.
  2. Providing and developing integration services to deliver fit-for-purpose and reusable solutions.
  3. Contributing to established integration principles, patterns, and standards governing the approach to application and data integration.
  4. Maintaining the integration environment to ensure availability and operational objectives are met.
  5. Monitoring, identifying, and resolving system integration issues in accordance with technology SLAs.

Impact of the role includes:

Developing integration solutions in line with industry best practices across the SilverChef application landscape, ensuring business outcomes continue to be met and improved.

Supporting integration between all SilverChef applications, including Salesforce, InfoLease, Technology One, and external services to maximize technology investment.

Strong knowledge of systems development and integration will improve business efficiency and drive automation.

Minimizing risk through formulation of technical documentation and best practice patterns and approach.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Understanding of cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Integration experience with API and Web Service technologies (REST & SOAP).
  • Dell Boomi Development Essentials & Dell Boomi Associate Developer Certification highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies (e.g. Flows, Apex, Platform Events).
  • Understanding of data flow and integration concepts - including but not limited to push/pull integration, synchronized, file drop.
  • Demonstrated analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized/structured, and results-oriented.
  • Strong testing and problem-solving capability.

  • Actively participate in events and fundraising activities in support of Opportunity International Australia and BCorp.
