We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Coach, playing a pivotal role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy.

The Coach will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating participant needs and aspirations for employment
  • Supporting participants through guidance, direction, and coaching
  • Achieving individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational requirements
  • Delivering coaching and support based on the Service Delivery Model
  • Building rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans
  • Connecting participants with internal and external training, qualifications, and support services
  • Collaborating with colleagues to engage with inclusive employers and identify job opportunities

The Coach will work collaboratively to create sustainable job opportunities and career paths for participants, supporting local employers with inclusive practices and work adjustments.

What You Need

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in employment services, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work towards targets and KPIs. Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. A resilient nature and ability to thrive in a changing environment are also required.
