Job Opportunity

This is a hybrid role, involving onshore and offshore work to verify permits.

We are seeking Services Execution Readiness Planners to join our team with a fantastic culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The primary interface with maintenance planning and execution teams is required to acquire necessary information to prepare permits, templates and work instructions.
  • Execution readiness checks for work orders during short term planning need to be provided.
  • Project relevant stakeholders must be notified of any potential risks to permit readiness or material delivery.
  • Collaboration across multiple disciplines within the team is needed to deliver scopes (Mechanical, Inlec, Coatings).
  • Permit template opportunities for PM and repeat CM work scopes should be identified.
  • Conducting permit and personal isolation walk downs is essential.
Requirements:
  • Rigging, Scaffolding and Rope Access High Risk Work Licenses and certificates are required.
  • Proven experience in the energy or refinery industries is mandatory.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system, is necessary.
  • Control of Work/Permit to Work experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel) is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels are required.
  • A willingness to travel to site as per operational requirements is necessary.
  • Full Australian work rights (with no limitations) are required.
