Join our dynamic Offshore Energy team, working from our client's vibrant CBD office in Perth. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Turnaround planning and execution. You'll be a key player in driving successful outcomes, with occasional offshore travel during the preparation phase — and boots-on-the-ground involvement during the Turnaround event itself. Key Responsibilities:

* Working closely with various stakeholder teams to develop a seamless integrated schedule to enable the safe, efficient and reliable execution of all Turnaround activities
* Managing and making necessary adjustments to planning priorities as required
* Provide look ahead schedules
* Manage the inputs to set up and maintain Progress Reports
* Maintain and continuously improve job plans and task lists
* Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

* Minimum 5 + years similar industry experience as a Planner ideally offshore/onshore experience within oil & gas/LNG/petrochemical operational environments
* Proven extensive experience and/or training in SAP, Primavera P6 and/or other CMMS Systems
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels
* Managing and making necessary adjustments to planning priorities as required
