Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Heat Press Operator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heat press machines to produce custom orders with high accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have good computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform heat transfer on custom orders as requested for apparel and accessories.
  • Operate heat press machine in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure all custom heat transfer instructions are followed accurately regarding logo placement and colors.
  • Maintain a steady workflow of all custom orders to assist in the production schedule.
  • Verify all apparel picked, artwork provided, and call outs correspond to custom order prior to production.
  • Perform heat transfer samples and quality checks of heat transfer logos.
  • Packing of finished products.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
  • Living within 10km radius from Castle Hill.
  • Interest in fashion, clothing, design and printing is preferred.
  • Good computer skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assisting in keeping the warehouse clean and work station tidy and well organized.
