We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of agencies and/or direct clients, developing digital ideas, in-market coverage, sales reporting, and client growth within the Sales team.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to create, implement, and report on digital solutions for all digital offerings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Facilitating weekly meetings and in-market presentations with agency contacts, both new and existing.
- Monitoring and taking proactive action to achieve revenue targets without prompting.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders across the business to understand the features, benefits, value proposition of all Digital opportunities.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, organisational abilities, and sharp attention to detail. You should bring a client-focused, optimistic, and innovative mindset, paired with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. You will thrive in dynamic, ever-evolving settings and collaborate seamlessly as a dedicated team player.
You will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the media industry, with expertise in video, mobile, social, display, branded content, and custom executions.
- Strong knowledge of ad sales best practices, including campaign delivery, reporting, and use of tools like Nielsen NetRatings, Google Ad Manager, and IAS.
- Solid programmatic understanding, with hands-on experience using SSPs, DSPs, and agency trade desks.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy in presentations and client interactions.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, actively engaging with clients, agencies, and industry events to maintain a strong market presence.
This role involves working closely with the Sales Team to develop and implement digital strategies, creating in-market presentations, and reporting on sales performance. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:- Experience in digital sales or a related field, preferably in the media industry.
