About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist Grade 2 to join our team at The Royal Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Physiotherapy Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, advice, and education to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care and advice in line with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice
  • Ensure timely provision of physiotherapy services through effective prioritization of caseloads
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and develop effective care plans
  • Identify personal and professional development needs and plan strategies for achieving them
Requirements
  • Hold a Physiotherapy degree qualification and registration to practice as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
  • Have experience working in an acute tertiary and/or acute paediatric environment
  • Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to apply these in practice
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in areas of physiotherapy practice relevant to the clinical stream
