Job Description:

As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for leading our advertising efforts across various platforms. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to meet business objectives, analyzing market trends, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute advertising campaigns for each franchise store, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  2. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives, including visual designs, copywriting, and multimedia content.
  3. Manage and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement to refine strategies and improve results.
  4. Ensure all advertising materials comply with legal regulations and industry standards, and maintain a consistent brand voice and image.

Requirements:

Hold a minimum advanced diploma in advertising, marketing, or a related field.


  • Possess at least 5 years of experience as an Advertising, Marketing or Brand Manager.
  • Be proficient in social media platforms, SEO/SEM, data analytics, and have strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, positive, and innovative thinker, with exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
