About the Role:
Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the resort, working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and reliable with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the resort
- Complete cleaning tasks on time and within allocated hours
- Use provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training
- Ensure a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients, and contractors
- May be required to check the quality of cleaning in other rooms
Qualifications:
Room Attendant training and induction support provided, however experience in a hotel/resort is highly desirable and will be well regarded.
