Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join their expanding team.
Salary: The hourly rate for this position is $31.23 for Monday to Friday, $37.47 on Saturdays, $42.18 on Sundays, and $60.25 on Public Holidays.
About the Role- Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness in all rooms and public areas.
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and within allocated timeframes.
- Clean using provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training.
- Maintain productive and professional relationships with staff members, clients, and contractors.
- May be required to inspect the quality of cleaning in other rooms.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Friendly personality with a positive outlook.
- Attention to detail and pride in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Room Attendant training and induction support provided.
- Experience in a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable but not essential.
